Central Jersey Irrigation

My sprinkler system went down and my sprinkler company came out and gave me a proposal for $1,000 to fix saying the controller was shot. I called these guys and had the pleasure of speaking to Eric on the phone. When I told him I was looking to buy a controller and got to talking about the issue he offered a solutions over the phone. I took some pics of my controller and went these guys shop they spent 30 mins with and offered more solutions. I came home tried them and my sprinklers are working. The issue was with wiring…not the controller. Eric and Jeff have won my business. They prioritize problem solving over making a sale. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had irrigation installed at our home in April, 2025. We got a few estimates and ultimately settled on Central Jersey Irrigation. Eric came out and walked out property with us, taking measurements, explaining in detail the materials they use, and drawing up a map of where the sprinkler heads would go and how many zones we would need. Because we are on a well and only had a 1hp pump, he walked us through what our options were. After speaking with him and the company that installed our well, we decided to upgrade our well pump. The Central Jersey Irrigation team was very professional and neat with their work. They were careful to ask us about any underground pipes or utilities that hadn't been marked out. We had our sprinkler system opened up in late June. 17 days later we had a leak which in a zone which had nothing to do with the opening and they came right away and it saved us on our water bill. On the day of opening they repaired another line however, but after we checked the system after they repaired leak, our 4 heads were not working. Speaking with Eric, he asked me to send videos of the concern. Today at 4pm he sent his crew to do right by us and take care of the zone and all 4 heads are working. You can trust central jersey irrigation as they stand by the work they do. Eric is very professional to work with. That type of service is hard to come by. This company is useless they winterized my sprinkler system lost the cap when they blew out my system and I call them in the spring they want $150 to come fix what they screwed up. Telling me I have to go to Home Depot to get a replacement. I went 7 years with my previous sprinkler company and never an issue.

I was having problem with my water not going to my sprinklers. I called several place and all gave me quotes just to come out, never listen to the problem. Last call was to Central Jersey Irrigation and Jeff answered. His first statement wasn't a quote for service call, but can you vidoe and send to him. I did, and Jeff how I could fix the problem. His support resolved in 10mins. I am now recommending Central Jersey to all my friends and all my business is now going to Central Jersey irrigation. Refreshing to know that true service still exist.
