I used this Company when we built our new home in 2015. I knew the owner thru my work and he was very thorough with his measurements and gave me an estimate. His sons came to do the work. Very efficient and tide. We have been very happy with the first job. I contacted them today to come and do a smaller job. I’m sure they will do another great job.

I just had CNY gutter company install gutters at my house. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them. They were efficient did everything within two hours called me back whenever I called them. I was very happy with their work.

Difficult to get in touch with these guys. They do not answer and do not return your call. And when I did finally get in touch and with their promise to show up, they never did. This happened a few years ago and again recently. And they are the guys who installed the gutters initially.

Tim and Tom were introduced to me by my roofer who's name I'll hold for now. They seemed nice enough, friendly, and had a somewhat reasonable price for our project. They came out to view the property and measure for gutter length, etc and, at one point, mentioned having some beer before their visit. It was roughly 12 PM. Should have considered that a red flag, I suppose. I pointed out some trouble spots that needed special attention. Sure enough, the vulnerable areas are still an issue. In addition, there are three gutters that are sagging and, after calling 6-7 times and texting countless times with no response, they said they'd come to check it out and never showed; twice. Contractors in CNY, for the most part, have no professional-level systems in place like scheduling, follow-up call

We recently needed gutter replacement on a home built in 1950 with probably 20+ year gutters. This company gave us a very reasonable estimate/price, revealed a wood rotting problem, referred us to a roofing professional who promptly took care of our problem and then, returned to meticulously place new gutters. We have had no moisture problems since. Reasonable, timely, professional and knowledgeable. Worked very well with roofer- a great referral. Thank you!!
