Haven’t been here in months. Wasn’t driving in to work anymore. Had an emergency so I had to drive in today. Went to this parking lot that was on my turn to the gig. I didn’t see a full sign but I still left my car up by the entrance and walked down to see if there were space because plenty of times I’ve driven down and was told it was full and had to back up and do a bunch of things to get out of the garage . So I went and asked if he had space , he put his finger up and pointed somewhere , I was guessing to pull in. So I get go back up to get my car. Drive down and he’s waving his hands no. I’m like huh. So I’m telling him he just told me to come down. But He’s not coming out the room. I’m like hello you just told me to come down. Now there’s no room. So as you can see in the video he

Terrible terrible customer service Older man named Jose or Jorge present in the morning shift. He was rude and irrational! I made a reservation through spot hero the night before paid in full, the next morning I get to the parking garage and I am asked what time will I be picking up my car? When I explained I get out from work at 6 PM. He became very frustrated and told me he would make an exception for me this one time only and that I can no longer park herein this garage. Completely confused I asked why if I had made reservations and paid for a spot in full. He said he needed the spots for his tenants and that I can no longer park there. I said that doesn’t make any sense if you are partnered with SpotHero and if someone reserves the spot they should rest assure they have a place to park

Went there Tuesday, paid $35, that was great. Went there Thursday, the attendant charged us $45 even though the sign at the entrance said $35 all day. When we asked him why it’s $45, he didn’t even make eye contact or say a word and just tapped his screen on the $45 charge. He probably pocketed the $10. Do not park here. Who knows what else that attendant does when he’s parking your car, probably seeing if there’s something he can take. Again, do not park here.

I park here every Saturday because it’s easier for me to go to college and not stress about getting a ticket on the streets . The staffs are amazing , both morning and afternoon shifts the staffs treat you so well . Always friendly, smiling and making conversation. I was skeptical since all the reviews were bad but I never had a bad experience.

The service of this place is disgusting and embarrassing to the Tribeca community. Jorge or George (Spanish older man) has the most unprofessional attitude I’ve ever seen thus far. I came in on 09/11 around 12:45pm. The moment I pulled in he had a bad attitude, he did not greet me at all the first thing that came out of his mouth is “how long you staying” I explained to him I go to BMCC and I’ll be in class all day up until around 8:30pm he automatically became frustrated and had a very aggressive tone said “NO NO we don’t have space leave” I said “Excuse me what do you mean I booked this though spot hero on Friday last week” proceeded to said “ok I understand but we no have space leave” I became very irritated and ofc my anger started to kick in so my voice got loud.
