We are very happy with our new toilet and installation. This is the 2nd time time we have used Central Plumbing. The first time was for a water heater replacement. Susan provided EXCELLENT customer service, answering all of our questions, provided an accurate cost estimate, letting us know what could potentially be added costs and why, and coordinated a time and date that worked perfectly for us. Brett provided EXCELLENT and clean installation! He was very courteous, constantly communicating as to replacement parts, quick and cleaned everything up beautifully! Central Plumbing came out and changed a built-in shower valve and installed a new toilet for us. Nice fellas, professional, did clean work. Jerry and Gabe spent over half a day removing and replacing two utilities in two different bathrooms. They were courteous and conscientious while they dealt with our problems. Good job!

We can’t thank Travis and Cameron enough for diagnosing and fixing the leaking pipes in our ceiling today —an issue that another well-known plumbing company merely patched with an expensive “band-aid,” failed to properly resolve, and still charged us for, taking advantage of our urgent situation 4 days ago. From start to finish, Travis and Cameron were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right — at a fair and reasonable price. We’re so relieved to have finally found a plumbing company we can truly trust. We definitely won’t be calling the other company again. I work for a local general contractor, and we had a nice project in Paso Robles with the Winifred Pifer Elementary School that required some plumbing construction, so we hired local company Central Plumbing to perform the construction. Not only was Travis and Cameron very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very prepared, they did an amazing job for us. Central Plumbing performs quality work and really good prices that didn't bust our project budget.
