I am extremely happy with how my carpets came out after cleaning. Your employee Raylon was professional and proficient in cleaning the carpets. It brought back the color and pattern of the carpets. He made sure that the walking areas were given extra attention to be as clean as the rest of the carpets. I have not ever used Stanley Steamers before and will definitely use them again. I have a cat and Grandbaby Morkie who has left little spots and after cleaning.. gone! I most appreciated the explanations of the process and why it creates a better clean. Love using Stanley Steemer for all our needs. Just had our carpets done a few months back and they did an outstanding job. This week we had our dryer ducts cleaned and WOW what a great job! Since living here for 16 years we’ve never had them cleaned. After finding out that dryer vents are the number one cause of house fires, we were glad to get this done. Jose was very knowledgeable and showed us pictures of the before and after. Amazing! Stanley Steemer’s staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We highly recommend them. Definitely 5 star service.
