Central Roofing

Reached out to Central Roofing after purchasing a 13,500 square foot building and realized I had some significant leaks along the walls and around the skylights along with pooling water on some of the roof (due to all the rain late 2022/early 2023). Since I own the building, I wanted a company that A) had a significant warranty AND B) a company that I could trust to be in business later to honor the warranty. Was lucky enough to work with Mauro (production manager of Central Roofing) on the entire project I am feeling great about the work. They did a silicon coating over the existing cap sheet roof and they did a very extensive prep job. A true professional, he answered all my questions and developed an excellent roofing system and bid the job fairly and very competitively. The project was scheduled in less than three weeks after the bid was accepted and work was completed on time, as promised. Not only did Central Roofing exceed my expectations, but I was updated constantly by Brendan with photos of the job's progress. Could not be happier with the outcome. Andy & Tim were awesome. I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week.
