Ended up behind this paint crew on the industrial parkway in greenup county, ky. They were going slow, but fast enough that they couldn't have been painting. Road turns into double lanes, I get in the left passing lane and as I'm almost to the front of the paint truck, he swerves to try and stop me from passing with his truck with my two babies in the car. Now I'm in the middle of the crew with a singular paint truck behind me and one of the crews pick ups on front of me. In my rear view I see 2 cars passing the paint truck behind me, he swerves towards them too. Once those cars were behind me, one of them tried to pass and the crews pickup in front me swerved to try and block him too. Truly have never witnessed anything like this, not to mention they weren't actively painting. This compan

Stopped all outbound traffic on Richmond road toward the Expressway. Little to no explanation. Company truck drove dangerously with pole hanging six feet out of left side off the bed of truck. Some dangerous practices and poor time management.

Just held up on Chinoe Road by the trucks for over 30 minutes, school buses unable to move. Tried to call the company office every extension went to Erin or Desiare and they didn't answer. If they are this unprofessional on what we can observe I am sure the work they are being paid for will not be worth the money. Not providing the appropriate traffic control shows nothing but poor management. I will be contacting Lexington City Government.
