The owner of Central Steamer Carpet, Brian, went above and beyond to accommodate me when an issue wasn’t being resolved by my apartment rental management. I have severe allergies and was experiencing breathing difficulties. Brian took it upon himself to return a second time and redo my carpets at his own expense.
