Second time a delivery driver doesn't know how to read. I suggest doing business elsewhere.

Had them service my oil boiler due to noisy gushing baseboards. Bled the system, no go. Replaced the expansion tank, still noisy. Called around noon today to tell them I was experiencing the same problem-- less than an hour later Rob was back here, took care of the issue and we are up and running. It's not always possible to get things right on the first try. What matters to me is putting in the effort to get things corrected. I am grateful for a good level of service from JJ Powell and technician Rob. Great job guys.

We were customers of Mid Pen Energy, so of course, when we were having problems with our heat pump, we called JJPowell. My husband called on May 30th and we were told someone would be here on the 2nd at 8AM. Mariano arrived at 8:30. He was here for 4 hours, was very thorough, and determined we needed a new thermostat and wiring. Both of those needed to be ordered. Finally, after my husband made several phone calls (no one ever called us to let us know what was going on) and about a week and a half later, we received a call that the wiring and thermostat were in. The appointment to make the repairs was scheduled for 6/20 at 8AM. Just received a call today(18th) that they now will not be able to come until next Friday (27th) as one of the technicians is out. So, here we are over 2 weeks late

I hope you realize what a gem you have in Mariano. Honest, conscientious, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition, the prices are great too, but regardless, we would still use you to get Mariano!
