Can you please have your employee stop parking on the street (which is prohibited by our hoa) near the community mail boxes (also prohibited by our hoa) making it a hazard to get our mail. We have contacted our hoa and the city of Buckeye where this truck is parked every evening.

After the first 3 years of perfect performance, one of my 2 units stopped cooling. I agreed to a "service fee" even though the system came with a 10 year warranty. I do understand there could be outside influence on the systems failure so this was ok at the time but quickly became a money grab. The tech that arrived was not able to find any leaks but stated that I was "low" on Freon approx 8lbs and quoted me over 600.00 to recharge and add dye so if it leaks again they can detect it. I declined as I feel that without a visual issue on the system and their inability to detect where the leak is coming from I would think it was a hardware or install issue that should be covered under warranty unless proven otherwise. I hired a professional shortly after and he properly pressurized the system

I'm sure they normally don't forget to put orders in, but in my case I called with an urgent order that needed to be done the next day, they said no problem by 11 or 12. I go to pick it up at 3pm and that's when I'm informed that the gentleman forgot to put my order in so my drain pan never got made...they did try their best to remedy the situation by calling other vendors, unfortunately it was for a tour group that was only going to be in town that one night. So just make sure you double check on your order to make sure it made it to the shop floor.

OMGOSH!!! Here I was,,,my A/C went out, while I was with a client,,, That particular client recommended Central Supply,,,and they were out the the first thing in the AM,,, WOW! From the beginning Myra, Ariel & Joe were excellent communicators and keeping me on track with my technicians, Mathew & Martin-the two "MARVELOUS" brothers, who obvious had a sincere passion for helping & serving within their company,,,who Matthew by the way,,,was personally "mentored" by his Uncle who possessed years of highly professional expertise in the industry. They were on time, quick,proficient, professional, thorough, and also great communicators, and I felt very comfortable in what all the technical details that they were "explaining" to me. First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.
