I don't often write reviews, but I had to write this one. I have used Central Termite since 2009. Tom, Derek, and Kevin have been amazing. Any time I have had a problem with ants, yellow-jackets, silverfish, centipedes, mice, and other pests they have been extremely responsive. I have e-mailed photos of bugs, and Tom will identify what they are. If you want to know, they will explain everything about a particular insect. Where it lives, how it reproduces, what it likes to eat, and how to rid of them. Tom will call you at night to schedule an appointment for service the next day. We have hired them on several occasions on a number of homes and they always do a great job. Tom the owner never drops the ball. As a business owner myself I can really appreciate his attention to detail.
