Called last week to get an estimate on a wood fence replacement for my home. Was told by Harry that he would come this week to check it out. By Thursday I hadn’t heard anything so I called again and Harry said he would be here in an hour. It’s now Saturday and not even a phone call. I wasted a week waiting for them. What is wrong with businesses today. No pride in their work and no pride in their word.

There was a delay, i was told 2-3 weeks to start the job and it took 5 weeks. I was not informed until i called myself to find out what was going on. Then they gave me a date and called me that same morning to cancel, i was then given another date and it was also canceled. When they finally came to put up the fence, the job was left incomplete and i didn't hear from them until 3 weeks after, when i was given a call to tell me they were coming the next day to finish it. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers. Its all about communication since this job is not free and im paying lots of money for the work. They need to learn more about customer service. I would not recommend them.

First review I'm writing about a business I've never made a purchase with. Owner was "holding a parking spot for her truck" by standing in the parking spot. I tried explaining to her that you can't do that but she didn't want to hear it...after a few choice words I thought this would be the best way to let people know that the owner is nuts, irrational and a bully.

good work customer services needs help, but all in all good work
