God bless Jim, Pat & Lex!!! They replaced my 38 year old boiler and Jim & Pat spent 12 hours here onsite making sure everything was running properly in 18 degree weather. Lex had to leave to help other customers mid day, which is highly commendable. I highly recommend this company!!! Jim & Pat did not leave until my new boiler was running properly and all my water temperatures were good as well as heat in all rooms were up to par. They were kind, patient, personable, professional and very knowledgeable!!! I can’t forget about the office ladies, Karen & Kristin who are friendly and kind as well as the project manager, Dan who got us to this point with Jim & Pat. Kudos to all involved!!! I manage multiple boutique hotels and apartment buildings. A colleague suggested Centrum and glad he did. Plumbing needs are often emergencies (and somehow always on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon). Their customer service, timeliness/sense of urgency and communication during an emergency is impressive. And anytime I hear Jason is in route, I know we're in good hands.He has a calm, confident presence while troubleshooting the problem. He clearly explains what's going on, and how he's going to fix it in terms I can understand knowing nothing about plumbing. Highly recommend, good people and very skilled.

Another successful job by Centrum Mechanical. This time my Hot water heater went. I noticed it on 8/22/22 late. Someone came out, looked at it and was back the very next morning to put a new one in. Very professional and up front with what they are doing on the job. The man was name Duane who was on the job. He was on time, professional, explained what happen and what he did to make it right. All in all I would not go to the other guys I dealt with. These guys are the real deal. Also there H-VAC team is amazing as well. Helped me out in a pinch a couple times when my A/C unit went on the fritz. Could not have asked for more professional, and nice guys to deal with. So you want the best come get these guys for all your J-VAC AND PLUMBING NEEDS.

Excellent service all around. Came out in a timely manner, on time. The job needed a second plumber and he arrived shortly after and was very thorough in his analysis (complex piping/driveway issue). Didn’t rush, answered all off our questions. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Service was excellent and professional. Bought an older house with some plumbing issues which required the walls to be open to fix leaks. Tech came on time, fixed the issues, cleaned up.
