Some key notes that may change your mind on this company as a whole.. (1) 2nd time using this company ! Good experience as a first time customer. Ken was our tech & requested this time again because he forgot to include a cleaning from the first time..at that time stairs were included but forgotten (2) Was given as estimate for services prior to making the appt. Danielle never informed me of a fuel charge that would also be added on. (3) Was given a window from 8-10. At 10a I called & now late in the window was told my tech had a job added on & would be 45 min late. Ken did call me right after that to confirm if still be home. (4) Cleaning of my 2 area rugs, stairs & sectional couch/ottoman was the job at hand. My husband said tech was professional but do not communicate to him that an

The tech was very friendly and that was nice. I paid for cleaning, deodorizing and sanitizing. The cleaning did get some dirt out but I feel like there was so much left in the carpet. It didn’t seem like there was any deodorizing done. He just came and vacuumed the carpet with the steam cleaner and was on his way. I ended up having to use deodorizing I picked up from the store and that did the trick. I’m bummed that it didn’t really work out well.

We have used Centurion a few times now. We had to have all carpets and furniture cleaned. Ken was professional, courteous, and very helpful through out the entire process. He even showed me his trick for getting dog hair out. Thanks for the wonderful job.

In addition to the carpet and upholstery cleaning I had scotchgarding done on new furniture. These were 2 separate tech's and both were friendly and efficient. The cleaning was able to refresh certain areas and take out a few spots in other areas. Very satisfied. Calling the office was also a very positive experience.

I have been a customer of Centurion Carpet Cleaning since the early 1990s. This company is so wonderful! I've used them in every house I've lived. I called them out after my cat decided to vomit on a NEW bench at the end of my bed. The technician was very nice and helpful, but as the bench was drying, I noticed several perfectly oval/round spots that were not there before. I called Centurion and what I believe was the manager came out. He inspected the bench and immediately began quizzing me about what I spilled on it previously that could be reappearing. I did not appreciate the accusatory nature of his demeanor. The bench is new and, in my bedroom, but he kept persisting mentioning various items like food or coffee. I explained that I did not eat or drink in my bedroom. As he w
