Had a bit of an issue when purchasing a scratch and dent condenser that appeared to be available and wasn't. Chris G. went above and beyond to locate another unit and rectify the situation like a real pro. Overall, the crew over at Ft. Worth are top notch and really go the extra mile to take care of their contractors, and it's much appreciated.

Chris was super helpful in resolving a very difficult and complex issue we had sourcing parts for a mini split we needed. He stayed on top of it throughout the whole process and it was resolved well.
