Century Link

Living in a building with an exclusive contract with CenturyLink. Internet access has been spotty and inconsistent for the entire year we've lived in the building. Customer service has been poor. At one point, a tech was supposed to exchange the router. Rather than complete the promised service, the tech reset the router. Something which had been done 2-3 times before. Can't wait to have ANY provider that isn't CenturyLink!

Do not go with centurylink. Moved and needed to transfer internet service. Told us it would be 2 weeks when someone comes out to set it up. The date came and went, no one showed. Called them and it got "lost in the system" told us it would be another 2 weeks. Day before they were supposed to show up called to see if everything was ready to go and it was. Took a day off of work and no one showed now won't answer my questions. Awful service.

This wifi is awful. The past 2 months I have had it, I’ve had maybe a total of 8 days good wifi. Most days it won’t work at all. When I call for assistance all they say is it seems like something is wrong with the connection and to u plug the cable and wait it out.

They are worthless been waiting 2 months for hook up at my mom's place. You call the number to find out why they can't tell me.ive waited 20 to 30 minutes on the phone, and get nowhere. I've done this 4 times. Now they hung up on me. I can't get any other phone services because they paid off the place my mother lives. Never do business with this company. They can't answer your questions or connect to anyone the can.

I wish I could give them a lower score. Horrible throttling, consistently getting sub 2mbps despite paying for 40, and incredibly frustrating service. Get Allo, Starlink, Dialup internet, or just a string and a cup.
