June 7th we had unfortunate event occur while we were out of town for a wedding and our basement flooded. A co-worker of mine had borrowed some banquet tables from us and just happened to bring them back and discovered the bad news. I’ve heard of people having water in their basement and they said that it was terrible and I will say they are correct. No doubt it was a mess. Paul Davis Restoration didn’t do the mitigation but as a referral from our insurance adjuster they did the restoration and in the end I know exactly why he referred them. The crew at Paul Davis helped me with the cleanup and remodeling of my brother’s home after a kitchen sink faucet exploded and flooded his house. Mason was an important player in the process, getting the project off the ground. Working with Nick in planning and coordinating the remodeling was smooth and professional. Nick always responded promptly to questions and kept me posted on progress. Michael, Trenton, and Caleb did a great job making the house come to life again. Thanks to everyone!

Basement flooded late on a Saturday evening and they were here within an hour and a half, extracting water already. Through the whole process of extraction, deconstruction and reconstruction everyone was very professional. Trenton and Michael do a great job and Nick always kept me updated with everything going on. I highly recommend.

We have had good workmanship so far. The last two were Trenton and Michael. You wouldn’t know there was a problem with the walls. Painting was great, also repair work. They did fantastic
