The lady that works in the Starbucks at target with no name tag and has red hair is really rude has no good customer service. Horrible unprofessional person

Target is my go-to store. But tonight I had an awful experience. I bought some things that we're supposed to warrant a $10 gift card. I didn't get my gift card. I asked the checker man why not, and he said I didn't come up and I could go talk to the service desk. So I went there, and after some searching and getting the manager over and so on and so forth, they said my stuff didn't qualify. I will post a picture. I bought exactly what was required. They told me I should have checked my app. I don't have time to mess with my app when I'm shopping I just want to get it done. I bought two tides at 12.99 each and a Downey at 12.99. just going by the sign, I shouldn't have to check my app to make sure everything is okay. I just read the sign. Very clean and organized store. The staff was real polite and friendly and offered to help!
