2025 Updated new service: this time service tech Joseph came out and helped me work a similar issue with a different leaking toilet. Not only was the work of excellent quality Joseph’s Interpersonal skills were exceptional. Century Plumbing seems to have a good group of folks working for them. Keep up the good work. 2023 Based on a recommendation from a family member in the trades, I selected Century Plumbing to help me out after noticing a leak in the basement underneath our toilet. Service tech Chris came out on time as promised, and did a complete job. He didn’t even mind me watching every step of the way so I could learn a little bit more myself. We can't speak highly enough of Century Plumbing! We needed a new sewer line, and 2 other plumbers quotes us thousands of dollars more than Century. They were highly referred, professional, responsive, and communicative. They made a highly stressful situation a breeze, and they will be our first and only call for plumbing! Builder sent out Century plumbing for a water leaking in our home. Clint was sent out to service our home and seriously lacked professionalism and customer service skills. He was pretty rude and unfriendly not to mention after the job was completed he failed to clean up the mess he made and left without telling me and as a service tech myself that is one thing you don’t do. I always check-in with my customers to inform them of the work that was done and to answer any questions they may have. If customer service is something you really value then DO NOT go with this company.

Century is responsive, professional, honest and a great value. Long story short, I tried to use Bob Hamilton to handle an urgent plumbing need because I didn't think I could get another plumber out the same day. Bob Hamilton performed a simple cartridge replacement where I provided the parts for $389 (and that was after I used a $50 coupon and signed up for some bogus monthly service arrangement that I now have to mess around with canceling). Bob Hamilton gave me quotes for other services that needed to be performed, as well. We called Century to get another estimate on those services. They came out 30 minutes later and performed the needed additional services for way less money ($225 versus $705). The service person was very friendly, and overall I would highly recommend this company.
