Century Star Fuel Corporation

In my opinion, this is absolutely one of the worse companies on the face of the earth. Each and every time I call or interact with one of the staff members, I literally have to take a Tylenol or an Aleve. It almost never ends on a good note. The level of incompetency is simply amazing. I am amazed how this company is able to sustain and able conduct business on a daily basis. I usually don't speak ill of any companies since I understand running a business is tough task. However, this company is just TERRIBLE. DO BETTER guys!!

The woman answering the phone for this company has the worse attitude. Absolutely abysmal. She should be placed in a position other than customer service or answering phones. I have never had a positive interaction with her. If the service technicians weren't so good, I would not have stayed with this company. If you find another company with good technicians and customer service, I suggest you go there.

CENTURY STAR OIL IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. SO FAR VERY GOOD

Unbelievably poor service. Office confirms an appointment for a specific time, sends someone out 2 hours ahead, when we’re not home, leaves, then blames us for not completing the service call. Save yourself the effort. Go with someone else.
