Liz and the team were phenomenal!! I looked high and low for replacement tile from a new home build in 2017. Liz took the time to look in the dusty back part of the warehouse and delivered the exact amount that I needed. I now own the last of the tile and feel better that I can complete a home repair with the correct tile! Otherwise, a simple tile repair would have turned into a whole bathroom retile. Thanks so much for your assistance!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this company and I rarely go out my way to write a review. My family and I bought a new home from Stanley Martin 2 years ago and now our downstairs bathroom tiles are starting to crack in the corner of the bathroom from settling. We were out of the window of the tile being covered by the Builder, so I called Century Tile to inquire about purchasing more tile and spoke to wonderful Liz. She gave me the name of the size, color, distributor of the tile based of my lot information. She said there was possibility the style was discontinued and call back if the tile was discontinued and she would check the warehouse if any boxes were leftover from previous builds. I called distributor-Mosaic Tile and unfortunately they no longer carried the model of tile.
