DO NOT USE. The worst customer service. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I had internet for 1 week before it shut down and they blamed my router. After talking to about 10-12 very rude customer service representatives over 48 hours I finally had to cancel services with them and switch to another provider who helped me, no problem, within 20 minutes. I then had to pay for a full month's worth of internet for only 7 days of service PLUS another final bill. To top it off, they didn't disconnect my service for another month when I asked to get my service disconnected 3-4 weeks prior. When I called to ask about this, the representatives were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and do not go into business with this company.

Repair team never showed up to 3 different appointments, help desk was unable to assist beyond “instructions for restarting the router”. Billed monthly for phone and internet but neither service has ever worked or been activate from the CenturyLink side. Would advise you to look elsewhere for an ISP in the area.

I have been working in IT for 20 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We had a service outage that they failed to respond to repeated requests about for 6 days straight. I missed my online classes, I was behind for an entire semester. This company deserves to be put out of business.

Unethical company. Set up install to address slow internet speeds. Been a customer for 10+ years and their merger with quantum fiber

I've had centurylink 2yrs not happy especially having to talk to someone who barely speak english.
