Internet has been out since 4pm and can't get any information as to why. I tried chat and calling the office still no answer. Still no Internet. My computer troubleshooting said DNS server couldn't process the DNS

I kept giving a bill for over $217.86 and kept calling them back show we didn't owe them anything. They turn it over to collect and then they said they were wrong and we should call their collection company and show the chat I did with Century Link but they won't send a letter stating nothing is owe. This is total fraud

Worst service I’ve ever had. Hard to get a hold of, internet cuts out constantly, unwilling to help customers, and unfortunately no other provider in our area. The hotspot off my phone works 10X better than this service. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION!! Don’t believe me? Look at the rest of the reviews.

Tried to connect service after UBB couldn't get a signal to the location and previous tenants had had success with Century Link- but getting ahold of someone and understanding the connection process was impossible.

Ok I am SO impressed with our internet guy today. He went the extra 15 miles to help us out and it saved us so much time. I wish I knew his name but the SLC centurylink tech was outstanding. Already so impressed with our internet provider - thank you so much!
