Worst Internet I have ever experienced. It is often that the Internet doesn't even work, I would run a speed test and get 0 MBPs and can't even handle schoolwork. Not only that but CenturyLink finds every way possible to raise their prices. Started off at $60 for their (JUNK) internet package, now it went up to $80, now they are trying to charge even more if you use a debit card to pay for the services... STAY AWAY!!! Even their customer service just told me to buy a more expensive internet package instead of helping me with my Internet outage. Unacceptable, greedy company.

Called to get super low internet sorted. Booked a technician to come and see what's wrong. Got a message with a link to his location and he was driving away from town. Then got a message saying he is here and working on the problem when the map shows he was in another town. Issue never resolved. I called and another technician said its normal to pay for 1gbps service only to receive 100mbps. Unbelievable.

I have no good things to say about this company or their service. 1. I'm not super comfortable when a service representative chews me out and makes me feel stupid over the phone. After 30 min of being told that my phone line was fine and that it's all my fault, he finally put me over to the right person who booked the repair ticket. Not to mention that any time a tech comes out, they are super rude and don't ever give you an update of what they "fixed." No emails, calls, texts, nothing. Their LiveChat option works half the time and if you schedule an appointment on the phone with the automated messages, they mess up the times you put for the technician to come by. 2. Waited over a week for them to come to begin service. Got a message they were here working on it but never heard back. Four hours later after waiting to hear from them I called. The tech couldn't get it to work so he just left. No communication from them at all. They wanted me to wait another week for them to try again. I’ll cancelled there service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terribly ran company. Awful customer service. Zero clue how to resolve and handle problems. Wifi was down for 6 weeks and they tried 7 different times to get a technician out and no one showed up. Wouldn’t even use this company if they were free!
