Cernak Fuel

This company has been quietly overcharging my elderly mother $4.85 per gallon of heating oil when the highest rate that I can find with other companies is under $3.50. They prey on the elderly! Do not just respond by saying, “let’s take this quietly off line”. Answer for yourself publicly. The facts are here; why have you scammed thousands of dollars from my unsuspecting, elderly mother over the years? And why should I not take you to small claims court over this? I have just learned that there is a class action suit against your over charging. Google (cernak class action suit) to see!

I used Cernak for a year, but declined to renew this winter. We had issues with our boiler at the start of the winter and had to call the Cernak service tech out twice. He was a nice guy but didn't seem to have any idea how to troubleshoot the boiler, despite it being relatively new. We ended up hiring a separate company to come take a look at it and they identified and resolved the issue quickly.

It has been a pleasure having Cernak Fuel for the past 14 years after purchasing the family homestead from my siblings and my parents used Cernak Fuel before that time. You have worked with me and my family for many years and are always available if a problem arises. As a widow living on a limited income your payment plan is easy for me to manage. I have been with Cernak for close to 20 years… I switched to them after my 2nd year in my home because the experience I had with the company who had been doing the service for my home prior to my purchasing it, was frustrating and I felt, quite overpriced… I am thrilled with Cernak for many reasons, but the main one is their caring employees and professionalism.
