Kyle was my field supervisor used Larkin’s initial assessment to start our conversation of what I needed. He did a remarkable job of explaining options that grouped my needs and helped me prioritize “wanted” upgrades and “needed” fixes. Pricing and why that was the pricing was thoroughly explained and all with 0% pressure. Once I made my decision, Kyle expedited and created a very timely execution plan. Once work started, Kyle and Brennan were absolutely “beasts” in propelling the work forward (I appreciated the provision of two additional installers on day 1)

Their crew of workers were wonderful. Very pleasant to work with answered all my questions, showed me all the completed work and best of all cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and I can't say enough about how all 5 that worked at my house, just make me smile all day. I live in Arizona, but have a rental condo in Chicopee, MA. After a problem occurred in the condo, my brother contacted Electrical Experts and they were able to come out the same day. Upon inspection, it was determined that the electrical was way out of code, the unit is 36 years old and had never had work done. I accepted a proposal to get the work done, the appointment was scheduled with my tenant, and so the guys came and did the entire project in about 5 hours. They were so knowledgeable and courteous that my tenant was thrilled with them. It was a rather expensive job, but I am happy to have everything up to date.
