If I could give a zero rating I would , I am alerting all DO NOT USE CERTAPRO - this company lacks any form of following their core values & principles delivering an "extraordinary customer experience" Well mine was extraordinary, worst paint experience in 34 years as a homeowner!! .."Painting Happy" slogan is a oxymoron - Mine was Painting Unhappy .. Late Aug 2023 I contracted certapro - franchise in MI to paint the exterior of my home . - I noticed & questioned various prep or lack, was told prime in the paint no need to prime , 2 coats - sprayed 1 after another, didn't allow caulk to dry before painting over, although I have older T-11 boards, & older rough sawn boards as I am in my home 34 years I have had various painters, and noticed a difference this time, Was told wait ti

I had my hallways painted from the 1st to the 3rd floor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The painters were professional, on time, and incredibly skilled. From prep to cleanup, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. They were also very respectful of the space and completed the job right on schedule. Highly recommend working with CertaPro if you are in need any painting. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. What was supposed to be a simple 3-day interior paint job turned into a frustrating, drawn-out experience filled with poor communication and substandard work. The job was misrepresented from the start. The painter questioned the choice of paint, implying it was lower quality than what they typically use—which raises serious concerns. The work itself was sloppy and incomplete. Entire sections of walls were missed, and the painted areas looked like an unskilled amateur did them. Paint ended up all over our floors, rugs, tile, and even furniture. To their credit, Paul, the service manager, did attempt to address the situation. The painter returned after trying to reschedule twice but only corrected a small portion of the issues. When

The paint is already peeling just a few days after they left. They did not respect property. They never covered any surface. They borrowed equipment from me. They left their own equipment behind. I’m beyond disappointed. They happily took my money.

Starter propainters and corporate offices were beautifully cleaned very well. Set up and an excellent location to take a look at and walk around and learn what they do for the community
