CertaPro Painters of Duluth & Norcross, GA

I try to not write bad reviews for companies no matter how bad my experience, but this time I feel a need to do so for this company. I chose this company in May 2025 to do a paint job worth several thousands of dollars over $11K based on the great reviews and some homes that I saw with their signs as having painted in our neighborhood. My experience with them has been one poor quality job after another. I don't even know where to start from. Apparently they subcontract your paint job to another contractor, so the quality of work you get depends on the quality of the contractor you receive. The contractor did a terrible job that a regular handy man wouldn't even do. See pictures attached. They came back and supposedly fixed the issues that the initial contractor did poorly. We have had several painting jobs done by CertaPro and have been extremely happy each time. They are very good at what they do from start to finish! We have had them paint the exterior, stain the deck, paint kitchen cabinets and interior walls. I would highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with CertaPro Painters. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual and incredibly easy to work with. Even with last-minute changes they handled everything perfectly! From Aubri's initial walk through, Deborah's invaluable advice & Jessy and her crew onsite every day made this project go smoothly. They worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. The final result excceded my expectations as this was our first interior paint job after living in our home for over a dozen years and the paint job was flawless. I really appreciated the attention to detail as our home needed ALOT of help. CertaPro Painters has made me a customer for life and my family couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Our HOA engaged CertaPro Painters of Duluth & Norcross to paint the exterior of our community's 6 townhome building consisting of 42 homes, and stain 26 attached wooden decks. They assigned a two-man crew who began work in September 2025and completed it on schedule in early December 2025. The crew was outstanding, not only in the quality of their work, but their respect and consideration for the homeowners and their property. They worked diligently and quietly (no loud music), and were oftentimes here 6-days per week. They kept their ladders and materials in agreed-upon areas at the end of each day, and responded to questions and follow-up promptly. The project manager and the owner were hands-on and involved throughout the project. They provided timely communication to the homeowners

My exterior paint job was handled professionally and competently, from start to finish. The quote was very detailed and reflected the high quality job I wanted. Francisco, Deborah, and even Ann Marie were a pleasure to work with because they communicated with me daily and every time a slight change had to be made. The crew was polite, and they took great care to cover items from over spray. They cleaned the job site at the end of each day! The carpentry repairs were done expertly. I am very pleased to know I have a top quality exterior paint job on all surfaces.
