There was multiple steps in this process that I feel should be broken done and not conjoined. I did the request online and they were quick to get back to me and set up a free estimate. The guy came over, did an estimate and the job was shortly booked after, within the week Jorge came over to start the job. What wasn’t noticed by the estimator was issues with the wall and more work had to be done on it than initially expected. I did advise that I feel someone should have been more qualified to give me an estimate because of the extreme difference in price. They nicely explained the difference between having it done properly with work needed versus just painting it. I appreciated that information. Aubrie was very responsive during the quote and engagement process and Randy did a great job working with me over some crack sealer issues. Just had our house repainted by Kevin and his crew. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. They covered everything that needed covering, and Kevin explained what they were doing, and why. He showed me what it would look like,after two coats of paint, since we were going from a dark color to a cream color. Randy came out the morning of the second day to make sure that things were done properly. The start to finish was two days and they cleaned up everything before they left. I was very pleased with how polite and professional Kevin acted.
