Edit 4/5/24: In regards to the companies response. 1. Just because you don't like the response of a customers review doesn't make it defamation. There's a correlation between our experience and the experience of MANY other customers you've had. Customer service, communication ability and craftsmanship are among the leading culprits. 2. I was here the entire time. My window is right above the basement door and your employee was yelling at the other guy who was on the roof and slammed the door multiple times going in and out. I went downstairs to ask my father what the problem was and why the guy was yelling and swearing in the driveway as I'm on calls. It's unprofessional. I will forego sharing all the details. This is a Summary: Worker did not show at first scheduled appointment. 3 hours after I received both a text and e-mail that they were on their way I called to inquire why they had not shown up. I was told they had been in an accident. They rescheduled me for 1 week later. This time they apparently arrived at my home 1.5 hours prior to the window of time I was assigned. When I realized this I called the company and they told me the workers had already made an attempt and would not be returning that day. What is the point of assigning a time window?? I am a full-time health care worker. It is not always easy to get time off for these things, which I had told them. I wasted so much time. Worst customer service. I ended up calling another company.

Never will I deal with them again. They were a day late, Rescheduled for the next day. We were given an ETA and they were an hour late after calling and saying 15 minutes. Then come with a homeowner ladder that doesn't reach the top of the house. Telling me it needs to be deep cleaned without looking at anything when it is cleaned annually. After all of that telling me to reschedule, telling me it is going to be 8X as expensive from what they told me the price was. Horrible business and horrible ethics.
