I have tried to reach out to this company for 2 weeks. Everyday I am told that Grant, the manager will call me tomorrow. I have been patient with no call. I also e-mailed the Ed person that I saw respond to someone on google revies. Nothing. My mother purchased her A/C 2 years ago and was talked into upgrades to help keep the systems air clean and purified. She spent more that I would like to admit with horrible results recently. She got the Reme-Halo's in both units and to say this is a disaster is an understatement. I was with her during the purchase. I have included pictures of what is now occurring with the A/C that she is breathing. A service technician told me that yes the systems need to be fixed with duct work and a swap out. I got my new unit from CCC in 2023. It works great and was a good deal. The sales person guided me toward the best unit for me and which one would qualify for a tax deduction. Today, I had an issue with my unit, and Kenny came out and within an hour had diagnosed and fixed the issue. He also taught me how to prevent the same problem in the future, as well as some other minor recommendations for how to maintain the unit and save money. He was friendly and professional, and a good representative of CCC. I will keep calling them first whenever I have an issue with my unit, and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Want to provide the most objective review possible so that other customers can make an informed decision. In 2020, we replaced all 4 of our AC units with ones from CCC. These were "premium" units given the size of our house. Prior to this, our original AC units lasted 16 years with almost no issue. Since 2020, these units have continually broken down. Last summer, they broke down and replacement parts took 2 weeks to find (in August). Last year, CCC offered us a monthly maintenance plan. We purchased this hoping it would reduce/prevent these happenings. It didn't. Last week, one of the unit valves went bad, despite one of their techs being here a month ago.
