Dissatisfied Roof leaked first day, broken window casing, bad communication, bad internal communication/scheduling and absolutely terrible cleanup. Was going to give better rating but the thing that pushed it so low was the amount of nails left on my property. I'm very thankful my nephew didn't get severely injured by the stuff left in the grass, I have swept the lawn 3 times now to make sure they are safe.

CHI Roofing Company, did an amazing job on our home. We had several areas roof, shed, skylights and chimney that need attention. Jim gave us the best quote after researching several companies. Jim and his crew were quick to address all of our questions and concerns. We feel they did an excellent job, and come highly recommended. Jim (the owner of the company) is a great guy. We met with him in mid-January, 2026 and on February 17th our roof was replaced. He knows his business and is very knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of our house and roof and knew exactly what we needed to have done. Jim quoted us a very fair price which was below the other quotes we had received to get our roof replaced. His team of workers arrived at 8 AM and by 1 PM they were done. The team did a very thorough clean up afterwards and you could not tell that we had 12 people working around here. They were very professional, got to work immediately upon arrival and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and his company to my friends, relatives and neighbors.

Jim and his team have been fantastic to work with! Communicated through-out the entire process and made getting my new roof super simple and stress free.
