Worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with—complete disaster from start to finish. We called Certified Plumbing on a Friday night around 9 PM because our sewage ejector pump tank was fully backed up: the alarm was blaring non-stop, raw sewage starting to overflow from the basement floor drain, toilets and drains in the house completely stopped working, and the smell was unbearable. This was a true emergency—no flushing, no showers, sewage everywhere if we waited. The dispatcher put me through to the on-call tech, who straight-up admitted he’d had a few beers and didn’t want to come out that night. He said he’d be out first thing Saturday morning. We held off using any water all night, hoping for relief. Saturday comes—no call, no show, no text. Crickets. I called the office multiple times

I was having a problem with my basement flooding from the floor drain. I contacted Certified Plumbing and they came out that same day and fixed the problem! They were kind, courteous and found the issue quickly. I can't recommend their services enough!

Gas hot water heater died. Thank you for the most positive sales and installation service experience today. I called in morning and team arrived 1.30pm SAME DAY. They welcomed and said Hi to my kitty so he was most curious. The 2 installers explained what was wrong in layman’s terms. They gave an estimate, explained what was covered and what was not covered by the 6yr parts and labor warranty. So I compared with the estimate with one I had received earlier. They spoke about 2 different options. The guys worked quickly after I agreed. They installed SAME DAY. The water heater was good quality. They cleaned up when done. Joe Robinson, owner, and his crews have always been very responsive, timely, and always made the repairs efficiently. The charges have and are reasonable for their services. I highly recommend this company, their work, and customer service.
