Absolutely top-notch service from sales to installation--Rich was ever-present throughout the process with answers to every question! I had Certified replace eleven first-floor apartment windows in suburban Park Ridge about 10 years after doing the 2nd floor apt windows with another company. Certified delivered amazing full-screen windows for about 20% less than I was expecting to pay, and way less than the company that did my upstairs windows. Still can't get over the noise reduction! Get your bids from everyone else, then call Certified to get an amazing product and your best price!

They did a nice job getting the window and worked with me on my tight schedule. Not many cracked glass repair places around mostly installation.
