I called several different companies today and I could not find anyone to come and look at my garage door, But Cesar was available and he drove all the way to Elgin. He was very thorough and fixed the cable that had fallen off the wheel to my garage door and educated me about the tension, stems and how to oil my rollers. Cesar is kind and professional! He was upfront about cost and very quick to respond & get out to us. He explained how garage door springs work and recommended replacing both since I wasn’t sure how old the other one was. Made sense, so I did. He finished the entire job in under an hour and went above and beyond. Cesar showed me how the door should be properly balance so it works smoothly with my garage door opener (which I’d just replaced a few days earlier). He also explained how to lubricate all the hinges correctly and even showed me the exact type of garage door spray to use. I am a Senior. Ceasar helped me with replacing the garage door bottom rubber seal. He was very knowledgeable & very polite. He explained to me the process. Although I only paid Ceasar for the labor work, Ceasar told upon himself to re-balance the door to ensure complete seal & lubricants the spring & rollers for free. He is a real honest person with good ethics. Highly recommended.

Cesar visited our home to inspect the issue with our garage door and quickly identified a broken Wayne Dalton spring. He thoroughly explained the hidden spring torsion system and recommended upgrading to an exposed torsion system, so we would be aware if the spring breaks in the future (I had been using the door without a working spring for some time).
