I can see that Lowes doesn't care about quality as this company has been receiving the same complaints for over a decade. I was scheduled for a measuring before purchasing carpet from Lowes. I never got a call as to why the tech never showed. When I called Cesar's Flooring, I was told "the tech didn't feel like driving out to my house." I rescheduled for 4 or 5 days later. I received a call 30 mins before the tech was supposed to show up and was told "the tech has issues with his phone not getting GPS and can't navigate to my home." There was no service outage which means the tech didn't pay their phone bill and the company was covering for him. I was then told I needed to call a 3rd party company to reschedule and was transferred to a dental office... If you plan on getting carpet

We want to thank Yusseff and his helper for the amazing job they did on our Luxury Vinyl Flooring from Lowe's. They arrived on time, they were very respectful of our home, and they worked very hard to make sure the floors were done exactly right. We would highly recommend Yusseff to anyone having new floors installed.

Had carpets installed in 5 rooms in our home in May, 2015 using the free installation deal offered by Lowe's. Cesar's sent Luis P. and Jose V. to do the work. At first, I wondered whether 2 men could complete the job in one day, but they did. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They did the whole job so professionally and beautifully that you cannot find a single flaw. More than that, they were polite and respectful of the homeowner, and were very quiet as they worked. A very good experience with Cesar's. Recommend them HIGHLY.

If you are looking for a professional job to be done, get Cesar's. Marcelo and his crew came over, removed all of my old carpeting and replaced with beautiful laminate flooring. All three of them were so hardworking and made my house into a beautiful home but one of the main things is, the attention they all made to the small details that really makes a job stand out. If you ever have the need for flooring, I definitely recommend this company. They deserve more than 5 stars!

They installed the carpet we purchased from Lowes several years ago. Carpet looked great, however there are now huge stretching issues, large lumps all over the place. Do not use Cesar’s for carpet install, their installation is faulty. My local Lowes said they no longer use them. Thank goodness.
