He is super knowledgable, and took the time to go over several options I had. He was patient and thorough on explaining all the options. Overall, I am happy Joe was the one responded. Trevor’s visit was for water softener maintenance and was extremely diligent and courteous . In addition to water softener he also evaluated other plumbing appliances including the pipes and dryer connections and provided me with a thorough evaluation. He promptly answered all my questions regarding an old water boiler. Trevor is very knowledgeable and yet courteous. I would definitely recommend his services for plumbing needs!!

Scott was very personable yet professional. He was efficient and thorough. Although he was here to fix a faucet and perform a water test, he took the time to check out our water neutralizer and the device to remove iron in our basement which led to discovering that the neutralizer outlet bypass was in the off position, causing our water to be acidic. I was very impressed with Scott.
