I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an emergency service charge of $169 that I recently received. On Saturday afternoon, I contacted your emergency line because my oil tank was on reserve, and as a new homeowner relying on oil heat, I was concerned about running out during one of the coldest days of the year. I spoke with a representative from your answering service, who informed me that a service technician would call before visiting my home. However, I did not receive any call before the technician arrived. When he did, he explained that there were several customers completely out of oil who would be prioritized, and that my delivery would not occur until later in the week. The technician did not perform any service or delivery at that time. My tank was eventually filled

Not sure what is happening with this company but Anna predicted I wouldnt run out of oil and i trusted her. Guess what-I ran out of oil. Then I needed emergency service which i pay extra for and the techs are so angry and hostile its pathetic. Problems are never corrected the right way the first time...whatever is going on within this company now is not good. The prices they charge are not refective in their work. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I had to call 8 times tonight after not receiving a call back from the tech on call. After the 9th call- an operator was nice enough to get the tech Bob on the phone as he refused to answer any of his calls. I pay extra for the contract to avoid this type of issue. Excellent service as usual, but your technician Adam was above and beyond. He's an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled diagnostician, and a massive asset to your business. I hope to see him gain next year.

Love Dixon oil : I live in Hopatcong the service is fantastic Their family oriented. Emergencies no matter when holidays whatever they pick up the phone and someone is there before morning. They are extremely responsible to their customers

Just cancelled my oil delivery/boiler service account. Every service call I've placed in the past 3 years was a problem - valves left in the wrong position, being double charged on my credit card, techs that don't know what they're doing, no-shows, etc. Service manager tried to blame me for the double-charges and said that he didnt know about any other problems which was not true. Two stars because automatic oil delivery itself was never a problem.
