Counter help is good, doing wuhT he can with what he has. He needs help, you can't be closed for an hour mid day when it's 95+ out Yes i get he gets lunch but thats why he needs a hand. Also , work on your stock , i ordered minisplit linesets and 1st 1 was missing , when i was assured all would be there and ready in 2 hours I get there following day after noon ... They closed, i come back they are just now pulling and tell me they short 1. Also their minisplit linesets do NOT come woth the power / communication wire that 98% of the other linesets cimye with! (Even amazon ones come with) Guy at counter helped me a lot , i do not put anything on him, he is not well supported. Its summer time, i will go where i do not have to worry about being open or having everything
