I was having issues with another company in my one year old home. I have a Trane unit, so I reached out to one of Trane approved dealers CFS Mechanical. The CFS rep Jeff was professional and polite. He offered to send someone to my home the next day. Wow! Christian my technician arrived with the two hour time frame. He quickly found out the drain pipe from the unit was installed INCORRECTLY. Christian also found the float device used to shut down the unit in case of a problem was Broken. CFS Mechanical is heads above Strata, one of the worst companies installing furnaces. Just because you have a NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME, which passes inspections of the county and the home inspection does not mean anything. You need to call an honest, knowledgeable contractor who KNOWS his business. I highl

We needed to replace our unit. We chose CFS Mechanical based on cost, reputation, professionalism and efficiency. The response was immediate and we had a new system up and running within days! Two technicians, David and Paul showed up promptly at 8 am and worked till nearly 5 pm non-stop until the new unit was installed and running perfectly. They made sure the job was done even enduring a rain storm! They were amazing and worked diligently and neatly. What a difference, my home is cooler and dryer. The company lives up to its reputation and the technicians know their stuff! Highly recommend this company for repairs, replacements and maintenance. 5-Star company and staff!

Noticed my house getting warm today. Heard the CFS commercial on the radio, called them and spoke with Al and he sent out a service technician Dey within the hour to look at my unit. He diagnosed the problem and added refrigerant to get us going. He was extremely polite and professional. Had us cooling in an hour. Received a follow up email from Jeff and Al for an eta on when our part will arrive. Excellent customer service! Switching to them for all our AC needs and maintenance.

What a breath of fresh air! A contractor that does EXACTLY as they say they do. Such a nice experience. I own a commercial building and have gone through my fair share of HVAC contractors. At this point I would never call another. They installed a new A/C unit and their service couldn't have been better. Showed up exactly when they said they would, unit arrived exactly when they said it would. Installation took exactly what they said it would. I can't say enough good things about CFS and I would recommend them to anyone looking no matter home or business. Thanks Guys!

The staff at CFS Mech was super friendly and on time. The Tech they sent to my house in Cape Coral took the time to help me understand my system. Afterwards I got great pictures and an overview of my system and what was needed. Great job CFS ! Thanks Mike on the Cape
