CG Garage Door Repair Service & Installation

My garage door started to bend and all of the glass broke. Reaching out to one of the local garage door businesses, they recommended replacing the doors as that was the only option. Fortunately for me, I found Carlos. He was very easy to speak with and was able to quickly assess the situation. He looked up my door and found it was discontinued. He recommended to repair rather than replace. He was able to reinforce both of my doors and fix the other. You can hardly tell it had any damage after he was done. If you want an honest and highly knowledgeable garage door support, I would highly recommend Carlos! He’s earned a customer for life.

What a great family business!! Both Carlos and his son, who is also named Carlos, did a great job replacing both of our garage door motors. They came out right away to assess the problem and put no pressure on me to make any decisions. I had a couple of other companies come out to give me some estimates, and I knew that Carlos was the guy! They didn't try to upsell anything, explained how everything worked, fixed everything in a timely fashion, and made sure to leave their card right by the remotes so I remember to call them if anything goes wrong. What a great father-son team!!

I was having issues with my sensors that prevented my garage door from closing (a recurring problem). I called at 8:30am and by 10am, Carlos had replaced the sensors and gotten the door back on track. (He also replaced one of the lightbulbs on the garage opener that had been out!) He suggested replacing my door/springs at some point but did not pressure me in any way - just to give him a call when I was ready. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and so quick to fix my issue.
