My hats off to Chad’s AC Direct! First, Chad came my house on a Wednesday, spent a couple of hours evaluating, explaining and coming up with a game plan. Chad’s was less expensive than the two other offers I had received so I told Chad let’s do it! His 3 person team arrived bright and early Friday morning and got to work. My old gas heater was installed in the 80’s so installing the new one wasn’t as clear cut as one might expect, however, the guys improvised as necessary and got the job done.

They went above and beyond to track down a warranty for an air handler that was installed in a house I bought here in Auburn. The result saved me a great deal of money and the repair was done professionally with minimal down time. They also installed a complete system for me at lake Martin that has been running flawlessly for years.

Not only did he complete inspection he was assigned to do, he took a look at separate issue that I was having in the home and gave an educated assessment of what may be causing the problem.
