these guys constantly damage the grass line and turn it into a swamp where Mosquito can breed and spread disease like zika , west nile, chikungunya , dengue, and malaria. issues are multiple times addressed with employees but no changes. worst lawn care service I ever dealt with. leaving dirt, mulch every where, ruin grass with every visit. UPDATE : next time i make an selfie with your destructive employees and an video, spoke with employees multiple times seems them don't care at all about any complains just mow and leave, not listen for any concerns at all.

Chad gives the absolute best service hands down. He returned my message on new sod right away. I messaged him on a Sunday night. I wasn't expecting to hear back until Monday. He messaged me back in less than two hours. He came out right away and gave me a price. He was a day early on laying the sod. The sod is absolutely beautiful and very green. We have the best looking grass in the neighborhood .He keeps up with everything and has the best workers. I am so Happy we found his business .

Do not hire this lawn company. They are super rude and They don’t keep up with all of the trimming of the shrubs, and when you ask them to do it, they want they want to nickel and dime you and charge you more money. Their Crew is sloppy and spends no time making the lawn look presentable for the money that you’re paying per month. Every time I’ve asked them to do something extra they’ve tried to charge me hundreds of dollars. They also do not clean gutters.

We had another lawn service and our neighbor had Chad’s Clean Cut lawn service, at the time I didn’t know the name of the company my neighbors hired. All I knew is my yard was pathetic. No matter how many times I asked the other company not to cut Saint Augustine so low, they did whatever they wanted and the grass was burned over and over. My Sprinklers were damaged and had to be replaced a few times from being run over. One day I heard the lawnmower is running and ran towards the street and took pictures of the back of their truck so I could contact the owner. I’m relatively a new customer, but my grass is thriving . Couldn’t be more pleased to have Chad’s Clean Cut line be represented by me, my next-door neighbor, and my neighbor across the street.
