Chadwell Comforts

Chadwell Comforts LLC did great work for providing a thorough heating and ac preventive maintenance. Their service was pleasant and we received quick responses and updates to scheduling. However, we were scheduled to have a heating exchange replaced in November. We were in communication with them regarding the replacement part being ordered. We were told in early November that the part had been ordered and we would receive a call when it arrived to schedule our replacement/repair in a week or so. It is January 16, 2026 and we have called several times and not received a return call. HomeServe has called and they are not responding. I am very surprised and quite disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, did thorough testing on my furnace to diagnose the issue. I felt very comfortable with the diagnostic process. Had to replace the control board, we had a short time frame before a trip and a cold snap and they were able to get our furnace working before we left for a trip to make sure our house, pets and house sitter were comfortable. Would definitely recommend their service.

Where do I begin? Mr. Chadwell and his team provided the most professional experience any homeowner could ask for. Our project was a huge undertaking, involving new installation of both AC and furnace . This job took a very long time to finish simply due to the tremendous amount of work it involved. They worked straight through updating me continuously on the progress. I would highly recommend Chadwell Comforts for any of your AC and heating needs. Many thanks again to Chadwell Comforts!! The two HVAC technicians from Chadwell comforts, LLC were excellent today. It was after they had installed a new gas valve. My tenant was hearing the shrill noise and they assessed figured it out and took care of it. It was a loose door or screw and they added some stick on foam and fill it well and when the door was secured by the valve the noise ceased. Good job!!
