Chaffee's Swimming Pools

Thank you to the Chaffee team for maintaining my pool this year. It’s great to know your team has my pool covered for the pool season. I also love your show room and supply store for all the products we needed for our pool.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my salt water pool lately with cloudy or green water and not registering any free chlorine. I’ve been to other pool stores and nothing they have told me to do works. I got a recommendation to go to Chaffee’s and they were amazing. One thing they told me that others didn’t was that my phosphate levels were way too high. I went home and put the phosphate down in and my pool cleared right up. I still wasn’t registering any chlorine even after shocking it. Andrew and Brianna had asked me what my salt generator was set to. Being a new pool owner, I wasn’t even thinking about this. Chaffee's installed an in-ground pool, firepit, pavers, patio, and hot tub for us in the fall of 2021 and they did an absolutely beautiful job. They always kept us informed on what was happening and designed our whole backyard for us. After meeting with a few of the major pool providers in the area, Chaffee was the clear choice. A lot of pool places seem to be fairly comparable in price for what we needed but what sold it for us was the friendly nature and genuine interest in making our project be the best it could be within our budget. What we did not expect was the “family treatment“ we received throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond and unbelievably helpful at every turn. Even when the project was done and paid for, they are still super helpful with all our new-pool-owner questions and quick to jump on any last minute requests. All said done we feel like we’ve gained new friends down the road versus you’re typical cold business transaction. No seriously, we’re on a first name basis with them. We
