I had a water heater die on me suddenly and I called Jones and they got me a replacement in a day! Sergio was so nice and patient and thorough during the consult visit. Coby did an amazing job with my install! He answered all my questions and explained everything before he left so I knew how my new water heater worked. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. He even gave me some suggestions to extend the life of the water heater and better maintain it. With the frigid temperatures now, I am so grateful that Jones expedited this service so I wasn’t stuck taking cold showers longer than necessary!

Hired Jones Services to install an antique chandelier. Shawn came out and was very professional. He did an assessment to start- looking at the wires and the bulbs- examining everything. He told us what to look for in antique fixtures for next time! Then he went over everything with us and gave us an honest breakdown of what could be done and how it would be installed. Once he walked through everything with us -he started the work-setting everything up neatly. He began to install the chandelier and ran into an issue, but assured me that it would be installed and adjusted everything until it was hanging. It wasn't easy, but he wouldn't give up! He was very respectful, attentive to my every need, and ensured everything met high standards. He carefully explained everything to me, and I learned a lot from him today. The nicest service person award along with my concert floor person. Hands down! Was great with me. Wonderful with my service dog Rebecca. Very good worker. Cleaned up everything even dusted the place where some of the water dripped and put my things back! I was sorry to see him leave!

Josh was an amazing technician. He checked the issue and resolved it very methodically. He explained the cost up front and even went to get the proper valve to ensure our use of the water turnoff valve, if needed, was easier than the one we previously had. He tested everything before leaving as well. I would highly recommend Jones Service as they truly stepped up when we needed this fixed quickly.
