Thank you Tommy and Michael and there was another young man that helped open and pump our tank after we spent a weekend with a backed up system. They took the time to listen to our concerns and make suggestions for alternatives if needed in the future. Very kind and knowledgeable. Needed our septic tank pumped out, contacted Chambliss received a call back within a couple of hours and was given appointment 2 days after. They arrived earlier than told, were very professional, knowledgeable and answered addressed all concerns. They made sure the area was left in excellent condition when they left. Clearly, no one wants to worry with septic issues. But, should this come to pass.....hands down, Chambliss is the only way to go. Here is why: Very detailed explaining what is needed for repair, informative of price so there were no surprises, and can I say punctual!? :) They were almost 30 minutes early. ......And they did not leave a mess behind them.
