I called in May for a cleaning appointment and service call and they had an appointment a lot sooner than l expected. They were professional the entire time and didn't make me feel like a fool. I call them last yesterday for an issue with my AC not working correctly. Again I was given prompt and professional service. So long as I can, I am planning to continue to contact and work with this company.

Ac wasn’t working.. they came day after order was put in :) !! Worked fast and efficient. Replaced my older thermostat with a newer model! Love it and the house is so cool. Felt a difference right away. I appreciate the efficiency in this GA heat! Thank you

I witnessed an employee from County Line doing a simple but incredibly kind act today, and it left an impression on me. It wasn’t part of a job or for recognition—just a genuine moment of kindness that showed real character. I think this speaks volumes about the values behind this company. If this is how they carry themselves in everyday life, I can only imagine how well they take care of their customers. I called County Line on a Friday evening needing an assessment for my AC. They sent someone out Saturday morning and provided an estimate on the spot. The repair was accomplished on Monday and my AC was back up and running. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. Thank You!!!

The efficiency and customer service from County Line Heating & Air is 5 stars! Recently, our AC wasn’t cooling correctly; a team member came to our house within 24 hrs and was able to diagnose the issue. He was polite, professional, and patient! They had to order a part for us which was done very quickly and then installed in a very timely manner. This was not our first time using them, they have also replaced our unit and duct work at another house. I trust their judgment when diagnosing and their quality of work!
