Offered to buy some coal won't answer his phone offered to buy a stove from him don't answer his phone got ahold of him once because the other stove company in Urbana sent me there and he happened to be in the yard taking care of someone got a couple bags he was nice and Coal was nice and I love the flower beds that was beautiful using the coal for mulch I was running off a soft coal and he taught me a bunch that day bc I've never run it before

The owner Pete was very professional and had all the knowledge about product and recommendations. I called these guys earlier in the day and they returned my phone call just hours later and were willling to listen to what I had to say with great feedback and guiding me in the right direction. Thank you! I will be purchasing any of my wood stoves/ furnace needs from Pete.

Pete is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when it comes to coal/wood stoves.
