Can't say enough about Brad's work. Floor is beautiful! Original plan was 2 days but Mother Nature had other plans. Took him 3 days and some extra work but he still completed it for original quote. Our garage is a 4-season room and this certainly makes it much more Ike a room than a garage. Can't wait for him to tackle our driveway! I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

I contacted Brad to request our patio cleaned and sealed. He worked amazingly well with our schedule to get it done before we had a party. He left our place looking better than when he arrived. Nothing left behind but a great looking cleaned, filled and sealed patio. Great service and communication!

We learned about Pressurized Precision Powerwashing while driving by a couple neighborhoods homes that were having their driveways resealed by Precision Sealcoaters (same owner) and noticed how well the sealcoat work they were doing looked. We had Precision stop by to quote the driveway work. While talking with Brad (the owner) we learned they to power washing too, so we signed up to have our house power washed with mold removal. The following week the house was washed and it looks the best it has since it was installed 20 years ago! We received a professional email quote and the job went exactly as stated. I put up a privacy fence last year, about 400ft, and all I could think is "wow" I really don't want to stain this by hand myself. So a friend of mine referred "Pressurized Precision". I had them come out and give me a quote. I literally had to call them to make sure the estimate included everything! (The price was amazing!) They finished it in 1 day. (Both sides) Now let me tell you, I live in a culdisak and my yard is attached to 6 other backyards. They spoke with all my neighbors to gain access to the other side of my fence, and I didn't have to do anything. Their customer service is impeccable and they do top notch work.
